Known for six seasons on the hit NBC television show The Biggest Loser, Dolvett is proving that his passion, regimen and dramatic transformational results are making him one of the most in-demand fitness specialists in the country.

Born in Stamford, Connecticut, Dolvett and his three siblings were adopted by a Jamaican couple and later moved to Florida, where he finished high school. Dolvett then moved to Atlanta to pursue his passion for fitness.

Dolvett is a New York Times bestselling author due to his first book The 3-1-2-1 Diet: Eat and Cheat Your Way to Weight Loss—Up to 10 Pounds in 21 Days. His expertise as a leader in the fitness industry has led to endorsements with Dr. Scholl’s, Banfield Pet Hospitals and Brookstone. As a business mind in the wellness space, Dolvett has developed and partnered with various fitness outlets including Lean Joe Bean, a weight loss coffee product, and Protein Lollipops and gummy bears.

Dolvett is very passionate about giving back and helping others. He is an active supporter of non-profit organizations such as Adoption Discovery and the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. Dolvett also appeared in the television show Stars Earn Stripes, which followed a group of celebrities accompanied by members of the military and law enforcement, competing in various challenges for their favorite charities.

Dolvett currently lives in Los Angeles and enjoys time with his son, Isiah.
